Bioshock Collection Sound Issues Hey guys. So, I just finished playing through the whole Collection, DLCs included, and man, the fucked up the sound bad ln this one. The first Bioshock had no big sound issues from what I remember, but that could be because the issues on the other two just made me forget about them.

To fix the sound issue go to Sound inside of the control panel. Make sure you have the correct device selected. If you hear sound when you hit Test you should be fine. Go to the Bioshock.ini file and change the following line: Change SpeakerMode to this: SpeakerMode=SM_5_1 And add the following line after that one. SpeakerModeValue=5.
